That's exactly what the big deal is.
Sprint wanted them; & they didn't get them, so now everyone has to throw a fit about it because att has enough money to buy tmo. Nobody is going to be STUCK with at&t, there's plenty of options, sprint, verizon, boost, metro etc
People are just soo ridiculous about this whole situation. Let att buy tmobile & be done with it. :D

Everybody is always saying how their bill is going to be going up. Ive been with AT&T through when it went back & forth with Cingular, we've never had to change plans, or been forced into anything. I still have my original iphone, unlimited internet plan. I love how everyone complains about they're going to MAKE you change your plan, when they do not.

I agree. Apple is just getting annoying with suing everybody & trying to stop the phones from being sold. It's kinda pathetic of them, win by selling more devices & being the most popular not by stopping your ccompetition from selling their devices all together. Ricidulous.

Sprint wouldn't be the best potential buyer for Tmo considering they run off different networks. It would have been to much hassle & money to try & convert their networks into one. AT&T is the best potential buyer of Tmobile, no matter how you look at it.

How long it will take my mytouch4G to update to this new operating system, considering, I'm still waiting on 2.3; gingerbread! I hope they get faster at releasing these in the future!

That happens ALL the time. it has nothing to do with companies merging together. I have customers who've been with who I work for, for 10+ years, but they are having to change their plans still. i updated my iphone 3G to the new OS 4.2, now my ipod is gone, but my phone still shows that I have 2.2 GB of music on my phone, it's just gone. HELP!
