Re: Here we go again
*Rolls Eyes* So you don't have a problem with T Maybe and Verizon swap with no replies down below in the articles but when AT&T and US Cellular do it's a problem? Carrier hate troll at it's best..... If these companies feel the need to do so and it's in both their interests then let them. I guess Verizon and T Maybe have no spectrum somehow..... Never understood why people complain about one Tier 1 carrier but ...
its already here....
It's a rebranding of the exynos 5433 that comes in the international note 4 version. This may become Samsung's first 64 bit phone if Samsung unlocks its 64 bit capability once lollipop is applied to it.
Re: carriers
ATT insurance is 6.99 a month and starts at a 200$ deductible which lowers every six months up to a year without a claim so say if you have the phone six months with no claim its 150$ then after a year the lowest it'll drop to will be 99$ anyone who's had insurance before they started going this around may or June will retroactively get this benefit too.
Re: Doesn't matter
^^^ false, i'm an at&t employee and we aren't required to read diddly squat to anyone bout when they bring their T-Mobile phones to at&t....They cost a'lot because apple is a greedy ass company that copies everything from other companies and claims the work as their own and decides to charge a ton for existing technology and the apple name, the only thing they got going on these days is the iOS stability and even that seems to be ...
So obvious...
This move is intended to try to strengthen competitors for their soon to be buy out attempt of tmobile...Fcc and DoJ arguments are for competition and this tries to do just that...Its a bad deal in general but not for those areas.
Re: Just Called AT&T.
hopefully there's insurance for the time that terrible joke just wasted for me...... Sigh... 8O

Re: This has gone way too far.
They already are put back together, it's too late and the death star is coming for you lol... Southwestern and Atlantic were the most powerful from the start its pretty obvious but also the fault of other providers for not being as aggressive while they had the opportunity to do so.

Re: Calling to Canada in Mexico
Seriously, don't be a retard...I guess the same could be said about building a bridge for all the invading peoples from Europe/Africa/Asia/ and wherever else since they all invaded here as well. Pilgrims took some of the indian welfare when they were given food and supplies when arriving to these lands. Seriously don't be a hypocrite because you're also part of the problem with that kind of mentality, everyone is human and should be treated equally ...
Re: WOW!!!
Gurantee even after at&t dropping prices like this people will still find something to complain about, they have nothing better to do in life.
Re: Don't they love paying for more?
I wouldn't go as far to call anyone a "poor loser" for buying what they see fit but I do feel they are misinformed believing apple will reward them with "brand new technology" whenever they decide to add these products. Part of the problem is that some people will buy anything apple throws at them including the idea that the iPad was the first tablet (yes I own an iPad and i'm typing on one right now) I ...
Re: Antenna Gate Wins
good for you voting with your wallet however I will suffice to say this, it very much is as bad as everyone is making it to see because the only people telling you you shouldn't have it is apple, although it didn't work for you it definitely is working for other people, carrot dangling is a great term for it too.
Re: Antenna Gate Wins
Without a doubt it is your generation, apple lover.... Also I owned an iPhone for years and unlike "your" generation I like others caught on to Apples ridiculous game with "my generation" which includes the people above i'm sure....
Re: Antenna Gate Wins
sixth, and wholeheartedly agree, apple is a big rip off, ive noticed though from a big carrier people are definitely starting to catch wind with this and are going to samsung instead.
Ticking time bomb....
No surprise indeed, sprints a ticking time bomb, someone just needs to put them out of their misery already, their brand is trashed (regardless of what anyone says) everyone i've run into at my experience in another carrier (one of the big two) always has a negative view of sprint, if they do indeed merge with T-mobile they should keep their brand instead or do away with both and keep a Softbank USA logo, anything but sprint. Another ...
Re: No surprise
mmm didn't you post that on another threat too? If they left oh well lol.... I been coming here for years, still do I dont post a whole lot though but enjoy the phonescoop seemingly unbiased reads, at least imo...
Re: Thats alot of phones!
Blackberry has been dead for years now... The "late" 10 platform was simply a nail in the coffin. One poster here is right they emphasized the enterprise market for too long while others took advantage of the consumer market, most people ive worked with dont get bb's because they are for business and quite honestly seem "boring" and tired out. They are looked upon as a thing of the past that old people carry. (no ...
aka... buy T-Mobile U.S.
aka sell off verizon and fully own T-Mobile US. Makes perfect sense, Standard 1700/2100 Aws LTE compatibility, roaming agreements with AT&T. Selling off their VZW stake would give them cash for acquisitions (T- Mobile US) Cash for a T-Mobile expansion, and of course gives them a full entry into the U.S market along with current compatible technology, with a company that netted a nice sum of customers last quarter that now has the iPhone. ...
Wow...
Stifling innovation? What a load of crap!!!! Perhaps firing back at a company known for bringing out ridiculous lawsuits and saying everyone is infringing upon them when they themselves have infringed upon everyone's ideas and called them their own should be looked upon before calling companies stopping them the innovative blockers!!! could have sworn Motorola has been more innovative than apple over the past few decades!!!!
Re: Funny
Yes, Apple and Samsung. Quit being annoying for a change.
Re: What happens to National Retail?
Actually one has to be an idiot to still buy the phone outrght (through a service plan that costs much more over the two years and never goes down). It's a better value to get a much cheaper rate plan instead and still pay less (in most cases even with a outright phone being done in payments and after 20 months (or less if you fnish paying it up early) get a steeper discount on your bill. ...
Re: What happens to National Retail?
lmao! Yes I hope the same, im tired of all the screwing up on the accounts that they cause. Or when people think they had php on the account and they didnt or had one of the wal mart plans that they offer, its such a terrible way to do business it sucks having to send them back over because theres no way for me to fix some of the mistakes to our customer care to resolve, it ...

LMAOOOOO!!!!! hahahahaha Awesome! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
Re: whaaattt??
yes and the prices need to be resonable, do you forget that spectrum is licensed and not owned? Fool, it just proves you're an ATT troll plain and simple. According to the FCC and roaming arrangements they do! and have you heard of VoLTE? Just another way for them to strangle you and force you into data. Duh!
All part of the master plan
Yes, great way to strangle CSpire and all the rural carriers! Stop them from doing inter portable roaming, Qualcomm has to make chips that they can charge the carriers more for and ATT and Verizon get the smaller carriers off their back (for the most part). Sounds like a win win for the big carriers and Qualcomm if you ask me. I must be inclined to agree with C-Spires accusations of ATT.
About Time
About time this nonsense ends. I must say Tim Cook is a lot more reasonable than SJ ever was. If this nonsense is settled soon Apple may yet again gain my respect.
Re: Wow!!!!!!
Unable to keep your receipt is not T-Mobile's fault, you need to provide proof you actually own it if you bought it at a corporate or authorized retailer or else who's to say that someone won't just steal them then get the subsidy code directly from the carrier? Also to add T-Mobile does give the subsidy to people who purchased their phone on contract 6 months after they bought their phone even after it was given to them ...
Re: FCC=Cosumer Advocacy
John, your responses are very well thought out. I agree with you 100%
Re: Any Company....
Steve jobs was a psychotic joke, he was great at feeling what people wanted but hardly an innovator. I agree with you though, Tim Cook seems to be more amenable and more reasonable than Steve ever was. I was leaning away from their products due to Job's behavior but with the way Cook is handling things it might convince me otherwise now.
Any Company....
Pursuing patent licensing or not ie: destroy the competition by going thermonuclear is financing its own survival by using patents against the competition. Difference here is that Apple had no intention of licensing while complaining in Europe that Moto/Google was being unfair by not allowing fair licensing terms. Fair or not an effort was made to license in Europe while Apple on the other hand tipped the scales and was neither by pursuing elimination of the competition. ...
Hahahah
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, Take that Verizon lol... Trying to be sneaky, bout time the Feds do something right for a change.
Just goes to show....
How down the toilet Clear is going, and fast too.....Sad when a giant like google is willing to get rid of you (at a discounted price) just so they have nothing more to do with you.
Chomp SMS?
Same company that makes that software just wondering? 8) If it is, great way to directly attack google by bringing a like apple messaging app but not sure if they are related.
Re: Or
GettingSleepy said:
They'll get sued by Apple no matter what they do. I'm sure Apple has already patented making processors for cellphones.
LOL!!!!
Typical B.S.
Yet Apple wants to drive everyone out of business just for the sake of doing it... Much darker when you're on the losing side for a change when you are going after a company that has been around longer and has a much stronger patent portfolio than you do. This lawsuit nonsense needs to stop from Apple already if they want these injuctions to be let off against them.
Re: Why?
bc by buying the aws spectrum they effectively stop tmobile from buying it and rolling out LTE, this was delibertly done to stop competition from T-Mobile when it became clear that the ATT deal would fall apart.
Obviously
Obviously was going to happen following the debacle that was the disastourous deal when they tried to acquire T-Mobile. I say they got what they deserved and hopefully this gave them a reality check however im pretty doubtful of this. 8) 8) 8) 8)

And god knows the i930 and whatever garbage NEXTEL got.
Yup, you forget the cell phone in general, where as you are obviously going for a company that invented..
iPhone..... (that's pretty much it) (no need for the other models as they all ...
Re: Someone wants some of that quarterly money that Apple made..
Yep, that was gained by the illegal use of technology that was created by motorola in the first, since "REAL" reality shows that they were in the cell phone business long before Apple even had the iPhone in its womb.
Consideration????
get to the point said:
For it to be a contract it must have consideration, I see what t-mobile gets. But what does AT&T get?
T-Mobile and ATT entered into a binding agreement. T-Mobile recieved consideration from ATT and enetered into a binding agreement for ATT to purchase the company for 39 billion because DT wanted out of the US market all together. In return ATT recieved consideration from DT/ 8) T-Mobile and offered the roaming deal ...
