Okay...so i get a female on the phone who just cursed me out because her name was terry...she had a deep voiced and i called her sir...opppsss lol

soooo, im sitting at work on a holiday, no calls are coming in, im rather bored, trying not to fall asleep,listening to the thunder,looking out the window waiting for some sparks to fly.....

the worst calls are the ones you get when the customer cant answer a simple question regarding their own damn account information....including there name
