Qik is trash but fring and the Evo are excellent. Got mine Friday haven't slept too much and the phone has no issues, that I can tell.

I say this because by listing them as you did it appears that you would think it is ok, that a carrier can charge $10 for every touch screen texting device and it is ok. What if you have a daughter/son that does not get on the web, but you want her to a have an up to date texting/touchscreen device? Well, I will tell you, you will still have to pay for 25MB ...

It is the processor that matters. And you are not running an official 2.1 upgrade you are running a ROM, that does not have all of the TRUE 2.1 capabilities.

You should do your research before you make a statement that is factually incorrect. Like the thread says 2.1 is rooted on the G1 (and lacking), this is because the hardware will not support anything more. HELLO!!!! The Behold II has the SAME hardware in a more attractive package, THEREFORE Samsung cannot update it to 2.1 or Froyo you Dumb Dumbs. The same 528MHz processor (in a prettier package) that is in the G1 is also in the Behold ...

It is a fun OPT-IN app, it is good for those the think it would interesting to see the tracks they leave. For you not so much. Every app does not need to serve a purpose outside of highlighting what google and friends can do.

I am thinking of ordering a 32GB SD card from China on ebay for the EVO 4G when I ugrade. Since you are the smartest, most informed person I do not know. What do you think about this purchase and the quality of a product that would $200+ in the states, but is $30 on ebay with free delivery.

Only phones that do not require it are the intensity, cosmos and razzle, if you get a plan or upgrade after 01/18/10. That is crap when it comes to a $10 charge.

I second that, with CDMA network phones it does not matter what the status bar says, you can get clear call with 1 bar and above. The only time the signal matters is in data transfer.

Yes that is the first thing I noticed. They have taken my name and told me that they would hold it, but I want to pay $$$$$$$$ for the guarantee not someone's word. I am going to keep going back because I am patient, but I need this situation rectified; I want my phone.
