Leaving the wireless call center industry myself but not of my own volition. my call center is shutting down in 60 days D:
makes me sad.
I just was forced to upgrade due to busting my phone and not being able to go very long with out a phone. I currently work at a call center for t-mobile but just recently landed a job working on cargoships in the great lakes. I fear my lil motorola Rival will just not make it very long out there. This phone would be perfect on all levels and full price is just out of my price range ...

Thats funny because I'm the exact opposite. I can handle why doesn't my phone work, and very rarely are we even allowed to transfer to the next higher tier of support or refer them to a retail store.
After being in flexpay for so long looking at billing just is annoying at this point, and cant wait to transfer them to CC lol

No more "why is my bill so high?" calls, no more "why is my service off" calls. Why you ask? TECH support ftw. Actually bored in training when I found these boards.
Now it will be "why dont my blackberry work" or "why dont my G1 work" just till tuesday then back on the phones but I guess I cant complain it's been almost 2 weeks off the phones so far.
