Turned in my resignation today
As of April 9th, I will no longer be in the wireless industry. Found another call center job so it's not much of a change. No onger will I have to hear "I'm not paying for my overages even though I used up my minutes" or "I want you to send me a free Bold 9700 even though I just resigned my contract 2 months ago." After 3 years of it, I'm done.

There's a Chase call center down the road. 3 other co-workers are going wiht me and we're all going to be in the same training class. It's gonna be a blast!

There's a BofA and Citi bank call center just down the road from my center that are causing alot of my coworkers to jump ship. Congrats on escaping the industry.
