thats no excuse for ****ty service on anyones part. we have handle times etc and thats no better then quotas but no excuse for **** service

lol yeah according to a customer i am already being sued in virginia in the spring so i am all for working a few days inthe store. my supervisor is comming too. lol love the ones who sue cuz they dont want to pay roaming

ok this is a story i heard a friend talking about today. he had a call and the caller was upset cuz the store rep cursed at her. she had gone to store to activate service and he told her there was not extra fees like rpf or anything like that. he put it on her contract. thats not biggie just a typical dealer lie. but to top it off he called her a few days later and told ...

has anyone ever noticed that its usually the good customers who we have to or end up screwing over. its the crooks, whiners and undeserving liars that get all the credits. in the last 2 days i have had at least 4 customers who actually could use credit but none could be given under policy. it sure is easier to help someone then to turn them away.

today i was pricing a phone for a customer and the discounted rate for a certain gsm phone (i cant remember which one) was less then the price for new customers. needless to say the cust was taking my prices.

ok not all cust is worthy of the extra mile. if someone calls me and they been waiting 3 or 4 days too bad here is the number i will transfer you. if its been a couple weeks and they cust is pissed i am doing it myself. its makes my cust happy. its not my fault att didnt hire enough staff for the volumn. i am not going to give people less then i would before it was ...

too bad everyone didnt think like you guys. they blame it on us but as we all know its nothing we can change. scandal i understand your other reasons for wanting to leave but why does the fact that we are supposed to be loosing cust have anything to do with it? as for pissed off people in here i find its mostly reps who are negative with the crap treatment we get.

I seen this happen at another job i worked at. they let go about 250 people. it was a waste as most of the people who called complained about reaching someone in india. they didnt know their heads from thier asses and didnt even speak english. i even reached one of them once in a transfer and i had to tell her i would call back i cant transfer a customer to someone i cant even understand. att seems ...

i know eh sat is one of the slowest days. i do know that the hold is not 4 hrs by any means. i dont think the wait for pag is even that long anymore.

i dont know about everyone else but i dont think i would take the risk being caught in the forums at work and when i am at work i am actually working not on here. and really quit exaggerating the longest hold time i have heard was 45 min and that caller even admitted to exaggerating.

man too bad you didnt get me i would have just canceled and cr. if your bill has not activity its usually cuz you are not using your phone for a reason...yours is cuz you ported. i promise you the rep to does this will never get feedback. if the bill really has no activity your point should be proved. i know people will disagree but too bad i would cancel and cr. would be one less person leaving ...

anyone notice that the majority of yellers these days have been people with foreign accents. whats that all about. seems the stronger the accent the more likely they are to start screaming about something. its crazy used to be the more southern but not anymore lol :wink:

although i am not a dealer i can see why they add those type of things after all they do get commission. do you think you wouldnt do it? only thing is we have to clean up the messes that others cause and we are the ones who get yelled at.

i agree with you on that one its a great prepaid setup. you can also get reoccurring payment so you dont have to worry about getting shut down like some others. wish i had that option when i had prepaid.

its odd you say you dont have reception probs. thats all that i hear about but i guess its all where you use it. my dad had rogers when the cbrm was using them and they had so many probs that they canceled all the phones that had and went to aliant. i figured that it has to be bad when the entire municipality changes the provider but just cuz things are bad here dont mean they are bad ...

i agree i dont bash anyone it just sounds bad. how are they going to trust is if we cant even talk good about other companies. my opinion is not needed or relevant at work so i keep them to my self and stick with what the customer actually cares about.

i agree with you. people are like that but i think this guy is just whining cuz he didnt get what he wanted...which is usually a free phone, cr for his roaming or cr for his additional airtime lol

i once heard that we actually lost 800 million or so but who knows. i heard we lost but we make up in assets and other things. thats probably wrong though. you know how you hear things at work.

i got the email about cold transfer but i was advised by my supervisor to go the extra mile so i did. the dept was open when i was trying to get in but for some reason i didnt reach anyone. either way its safe to say i saved the customer and he is now atually pretty happy with our service as my supervisor actually took over the issue as i was off yesterday and today
