I am upgrading in March. I currently am using the LG Xenon from AT&T. Don't ask questions. I am looking for a touch screen phone that also has the slide out keyboard, that also does text alerts that are not preset and I can use MP3's for the alert. Also, can you do facebook & myspace? Thanks! :wink:

the only way you can do it is through Mobile Email. It will just send you a text alert that you have new emails and then you have to log in each time to check them. You cannot see attachments with this device tho! Go to menu, hit mobile email, hit add account, then select what carrier you have.

Did anyone figure out if you can change it to say "new message from..." I have looked through the entire phone and cannot find anything. Any help I'd appreciate it! Thanks

I am getting ready to upgrade my phone (currently carrying the choc. 2). should i go with this phone if i am wanting a full qwerty keyboard phone, or should i go with something else???? thanks!

How are they gonna make a Bold 2 and have the memory be smaller??? thats retarded! After they made the quality of the screen better, the camera better, and the battery life better, and then leave you with on 128mb of memory to start off with! I honestly think that BB would do so much better if they built in the memory like the i-phone does! Then they could compete even more!!!! Well theres my two cents(sense)! :P

I have had my phone for about a week now and noticed that the battery dies very quickly. Anyone else with this problem or is my battery just bad>?>?>??? thanks

just to let you know, i carry this phone as well...no problems either. I work for AT&T and have sold multiple and no one has come back with that problem.

I have had the phone for about a year and haven't had any problems like that. Is the phone new or refurb? If it is new then I would get another one from warrant cause that doesn't soun good! 8)

I've had the phone for about a year, and I have changed all of the settings and it won't hold more than that!

You can go to www.myxer.com or to www.mytinyphone.com. These are websites where you can get FREE ringtones that will work on any phone. I've done it on mine! :D

Does anyone know if you can set text alerts on the LG Xenon? As in music for the text alerts. I have the LG VU now and I hate the fact that you can't do that with it and I want a phone that I can! Thanks :D
