So I just got this phone last Thursday and I don't think I like it anymore. It gets really hot after being on the phone for only 15 mins, it turns off by itself and the touchscreen is not very responsive. Is anyone else having this problem? Most concerning is the phone getting hot. 😕

I have had the phone for about a year and haven't had any problems like that. Is the phone new or refurb? If it is new then I would get another one from warrant cause that doesn't soun good! 😎

My phone also get intensly hot. The first phone they first replaced the battery, then 1 month later they replaced the complete phone. now it has been 4 months and I am again having the same problem. AT&T is going to replace this phone with a refurbished one. They also gave me the phone number to LG and I reported the problem to them. Of course they have not heard of such problem with this phone. well you & you and I cant be the only one with this problem. There is definetly a problem. Not happy with either AT&T or LG regarding this I want a new and different phone. Paid much money for phone to have so much problems. Very upset.

This is the first touch screen phone I have owned. The touch matrix seems vague although I recalibrate frequently. I have big hands and I always search for a phone that i feel comfortable that I can hit the correct key. This has been a problem with the LG for txat and calls. I backspace and re-enter more than I dial or type correctly the first time. The most disturbing fact I have found after 8 months with the phone is that if I am connected to another caller for more than 2.5 minutes my audio goes out and the other party cannot hear me. My son has the same phone and his has already been replaced for sim card and power issues. Could we just be the recipients of two bad phones from RS?

I bought a replacement LGIP-580a for my LG Vu and thought I would have the battery power I needed. The same day I was talking to my cosin in Georgia for only 3 and a half hours and the battery died on me. Motorola claims the standby time is 230 hours so they must have sent me badd batteries. STAY AWAY FROM the company below!!!
