well i apologize that you hate your life working for a call center, but thats what you do; handle customer problems whether a 3rd party did it or not.

In what way are cell phones not electronics? The reason why they push cell phones to customers is because they get paid more to sell you a phone than some cable you plan on returning after your done with your weekend project. lets face it, your already in the store, what better way is there to attract your attention to the phones they sell?
