Moderators??? Seriously?

Someone accuses me of being a liar for stating my experience with my phone. And you delete my retort, but yet leave his inflammatory post there? How do you justify that?

Ice Cream Sanwich recalled for sprint galaxy s 2

The first batch that got the android 4.0 update for the sprint galaxy s 2 experienced multiple issues with their phones including inability to access the web. Sprint customer care confirms that the rollout of 4.0 is recalled and customers unfortunate enough to participate in sprint's "beta" testing lost all the storge memory on the phone not saved to the memory card. Those beta testers had to take their phone back to the sprint store to wipe it clean and back to 2.3 gingerbread.

ETA

Has anyone recieved the update yet? I've tryed searching every day since this post.
Read step 5 below:

The chain of command is just too deep. For example:Step 1. Google releases an update to android.Step
2. Manafacturers such as samsung have to decide which of its phones capable of supporting newsoftware will actually get the...

Why bother now......this is why apple rules

You probably got most of the galaxy s 2 users to switch to s 3 already by now. Next you will release s 4 and give jelly to s 3 users afterwards......this is just sickening plain and simple.

Apple handles all software upgrades by themselves and does not give carriers any say in matters they shouldn't have say in anyhow. Samsung released the upgrade in start of q1 and sprint holds it out till start of q3 to push the s3 sales.....a phone that sprint stores didn't even have adequate stock in. So now having plan backfired, sprint tries to deliver on their promise of being the first s 2 to have new os after all the other variants have it.....nice job.....that is why u guys lose customers
I'm a loyal Sprint and Anroid customer and can't even argue with this. Android is just too fragmented at this point. Too many different devices running too many variations of Android. They need to take a step back, stop pumping out new devices every...

And switching to better hardware is a problem for what reason? I'm going to pretend I didn't hear about the long lines to purchase the iPhone 4s when it was barely even...

8 months later

🙄 better late than never I suppose. Wouldn't count on it getting Jellybean. Glad I got a Nexus.
Yes, no other phone is getting Jelly bean for about another half a year only the Galaxy Nexus models.

phone not charging

Over the last month my phone has started charging very slowly.....it will take 10-12 hours to get a full charge, and yesterday while i was traveling in the car, the car charger was plugged in and the charging icon was "running" showing it was charging but the red indicator light would not turn on and I never increased in battery life. I have had this phone since October, so will probably try to warranty it out, but was just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?

GPS location issue

I put my location on.....set phone to track location via wireless network to make it more accurate......and wouldnt you know it......whenever I ise the telenav gps, it detects the location I was at hours ago and takes a while to find where I am actually at after a while
Tracking location via GPS is more accurate than via Wireless Network.

usb host....

will this be able for someone to somehow develop a way to run usb cd players for different purposes, like maybe someone creating an app that could load .exe files, or stuff like that...

would love to play starcraft on my phone 😎
Loading EXE files? In other words, running Windows virtually on your Android phone? While I'm sure it's possible for someone to create a Virtual PC kind of product for a powerful enough Android phone, I doubt it would be fast enough to be useful, and ...
