I am wondering if anyone knows when they are going to be releasing an update to fix the illumination text message issue. (an issue where when text messaged it will not light up what color you want unless it is set for a contact).

Well I am currently waiting on the Diamond Pro which has a slide out qwerty keyboard and is a touchscreen. I played with the Diamond at the local Corp. store where I use to work and it was a very nice phone. I was amazed at the camera quality. I do believe that people are really not making the correct points on this matter. It is clear that customer service has always been a negative factor in Sprint's customer service and satisfaction. Most CS reps are not even employed by Sprint but by out-sourcing companies. It is always easy to lie to a customer over the phone than to actually talk with a person face to face, let alone, someone who is in another country. Now onto the ...
