Re: Just Left
Huh. I'm always in Philly, and never have T Mobile issues. Bummer for you.
Re: Thinking Of Getting One
It appears Sprint is getting the Hero in October. If it has the Sense UI and EVDO, AND supports simultaneous data and voice (cmon' Sprint, get with it), I might be sold. The MyTouch will keep me happy until then.
Re: Thinking Of Getting One
Great, thanks for the input on the keyboard. I"m really really fast on the iPhone keyboard but I found on the G1 I was much more slow and deliberate when typing.
Re: Apps
I hear it also runs very slowly...at least according to the reviews in the Market.
Re: 796 Hours of Talk Time?!?!?!
I'm pleased to hear that. I'm picking one up tomorrow and if the battery life is as horrible as the G1, I'm returning it.
Re: already out
VERY psyched about this. I actually tested this out a while back when I had a G1. I already enjoy VV with my iPhone 3G, but I'm jumping on board with this device tomorrow when it goes on sale.
Re: Thinking Of Getting One
Well, like I said, thinking about it. Looking for first-hand experiences, especially from those who have/do own(ed) iPhones.
Thinking Of Getting One
Currently with the iPhone 3G, thinking of going and getting one on the 5th. I have a G1 collecting dust; how is the keyboard and the usability? I have the keyboard as I upgraded the G1 to Android 1.5 before I deactivated it back in June, and it's not too bad. Thoughts?
Re: On a Sunday?????!!!
Yep, on a Sunday. Sprint always releases these kinds of devices on Sundays.
Re: I'm in love with this phone again, except for one problem.......
Well, the screen does go to sleep after a certain period of time.
Re: 700wx
Yes.
Re: Sprint BB Pearl vs. Curve ???
I've owned both on Sprint...and I'm sticking with the Pearl. I normally prefer a QWERTY keyboard, but I must say the call volume and clarrity is MUCH better on the Pearl. People sounded tinny on the Curve. The Curve does have better memory and is a bit faster. I do like the pocketability of the Pearl though. I don't mind SureType...it's pretty solid.
Re: Speed Dials
You cannot do this.
