Yeah, I love the conspiracy customers and the ones who also complain about the taxes on the bill and tell us to credit them.

Worst thing you've said to a customer

in the Shop Talk forum

The other day this lady was upset because I couldn't access her account due to the billing conversion going on at Sprint, and she said I was REFUSING her service and she was going to cancel all of her lines. I said, "That's Great, I am very glad." I have also cussed at a customer once who was getting verbally abusive. What are all of your experiences?

I agree again. I would love to get more sales in my store rather than fixing telesales mistakes.

I have to agree with both of you, really the problem comes from everywhere, stores and over the phone. There are way to many misinformed representatives out there.

Hey Thanks! It worked! :o Do you know of a site that lets sprint employees know of phone issues like this, and how to resolve them? Even my local S&R center didn't know of this issue, or how to fix it. :?

Does anyone know about this? I just tried to access e-mail through messaging on THREE DIFFERENT katana DLX's, and it completely freezes the phone and I have to remove the battery to reboot. Does anyone know how to fix this. I tried calling Sanyo twice, and got no help! :(

Wow. So after you all got your notices and called customer service they stilll weren't able to work with you? That is shocking. I can understand the average customer taking advantage of free roaming and Sprint being unhappy with that, but our own military? There should have been no hesitation to assist all of you with this situation. Good luck with everything, and thanks for all your hard work.

The best thing out that is a slider from Sprint is going to be the Mogul PPC 6800. It's a slider with windows mobile 6.0.

jayshmay, you need to understand that Customers that abuse the system are the barrier to customer service. They are the ones who ruin it for everyone else and that is why the "policies" are there. Sprint is definitely making the right decision. adn the customers are getting their entire bill balances wiped out AND the terminaiton fees waived, why is anybody complaining???? :?

You are obviously an uninformed and naive individual. Yes, 25 calls a month is ridiculous. Obviously these people getting drop-kicked have nothing better to do then abuse the system. Good riddance! BTW, the company won't be out of business by dropping 0.001% of it's worst customers.
