As of late last week the Palm Pre appeared on the SERO website. I was wondering if anyone who currently has the SERO F&F 500 plan for $30/month has upgraded to the Everything Plus 500 plan for $59.99 on the SERO website? They give you 2 options: 1. Well now it appears that VZW has pushed the release date back yet again. According to a variety of websites the 755P is not coming out till sometime in November. Unreal!!!

Spoke to a Verizon representative on the phone this evening from customer service and she told me she has absolutely no word on the 755p. She said that Verizon is reluctant to provide release dates to customers who inquire over the phone so as not to get people's expectations up too high. All I was told was that there are some phones currently being tested for quality assurance that may or may not be released in the ...

Verizon can't keep hiding behind the fact that their service is the best...eventually people want to see some new innovative phones coming out to go along with that service. I would like to see a VZW representative post something on here with a concrete release date for these new phones, or I may join the mass of defectors switching to Cingular and the Apple i-phone. . . :x

I hope you are correct. . . while it is nice to have the best service, it would be even better to offer some decent phones to complement such service. To make customers wait this long is simply ridiculous . . . :roll:
