What is the easiest way to transfer I Tunes songs to Storm? Please give specific steps and thanks..

I am sooooo glad I got rid of my Storm before the 30 day return polcy was up. Regardless of Verizon persistently telling customers that issues will be fixed over time, I (and this article) believe that it will be a long, long time. So to all you Storm lovers, good luck!

Can someone please tell me how the hell to get the weatherbug app to work? I've downloaded it, and it all it does is load from the browser - there is no icon like it "claims". Am I missing something here? I want a weatherbug icon on my damn home screen! Is that too much to ask for?

Has anyone had this problem: All of a sudden, the phone froze and I couldnt' dial out. I pressed the dial buttons but nothing would happen. I had to turn the phone off, then on again and then it worked. I upgraded to the 0.75 software but I still have this happen. Any suggestions? Thanks

WTH-one of the reviews mentioned putting a Splenda wrapper under the battery-kinda lost me on that one. Anyone understand why that would "fix" anything?

I want to get the Storm but I see gaps around the screen and looks like it would be easy to get dust and other particles under the screen. Is this happening to anyone? I currently use the Voyager and have had no problems and would miss my TV and I like using my stereo bluetooth to listen to music, so trying to make a decision here. Any advise would be appreciated, Thank you, Steven in California.

Does anyone know when the software version from Verzion will be released? I already have 4.7.075 and I think the next update will .085?

Is there anyway to open up multible windows when using the browser? I hate having to get rid of my current screen when I want to look at something else.

Are all the icons supposed to have some color in them? I have some, like applications, SMS & MMS messaging, camera, etc. that are black & white. Should they all have color or does everyone else have the same thing?

Does anyone know what file type for a movie will work on my storm?

My battery seems to barley last 24 hrs with oderate use. Can anyone suggest any settings that will help with power consumption? I have a seidio battery on the way which is supposed to be a bit better and I refuse to get an extended battery (size issue).

Hey all, I've been googleing high and low for the name of the song from the VZW Storm ad. I've been led to songs from The Killers, Coldplay, and simiban Mobile Disco, and came up with nothing.

Anyone got any insignt on this?

There is a menu screen entitled "Homescreen Preferences" which is invoked by clicking the main menu twice and then options. This field is designed to set wallpaper and set the amount of rows for the homescreen layout. On my phone, it can be used only once! It works at re-boot...1 time and then forget about it. I have to remove the battery and go through the "war & peace" startup. Is this with all Storms or I am correct in assuming I have the world class Glitch phone? Why would they have a "change wallpaper" function that only shows up once in a blue moon? .75 OS or what? For the techneological minded out there..... I would appreciate some logic here and an explanation???? Thank you!

idk about anyone else but i like the old multitap hitting a button a few times to get the letter i want i dont like surtype or any predictive text. i like multitap and full qwerty. so i have adjusted it to multitap instead of surtype fine the problem is when ever i want to type i need to enable multitap all the time. i want it to just stat like that i dont want to have to go in an adjust it everytime. so my question is am i doing it wrong is there something im missing?

When I first got the phone, it was awful - rebooting all the time and very slow.

I've since updated to the latest Verizon release (4.7.0.75) and I am stilling finding:

- The phone reboots all by itself. It seems to like to do it right when I'm in the middle of something (e-mail, phone call, etc.) or sometimes when it's just sitting there. I can only imagine how many times it's rebooting while I'm not looking.

- Everybody tells me they can't hear me well when I use the handset. When I plug in the ear-piece, it's much clearer.

So far, I'm on my 3rd Storm (have had the first two replaced). Is anybody else finding that version .75 still suffers from reboots and bad voice quality? I know there is a leaked v .85. Will it fix e...

The main reason I've "stayed" with my Storm since the 1st day of release is due in large part to the posts on this site by HawkeyeOC, whom I consider to be the expert authority on this device. Now, I am having fun with the phone and appreciate all it can accomplish. Thank you, Hawkeye and please keep up your good work!
