I spoke with a possible new customer today- he has T-Mobile and is disgusted with the service he is getting, and he has been treated poorly every time he tries to get any sort of assistance from any TMobile employee he has spoken to.

He still has over a year left in his contract and doesnt want to pay the deactivation fee. I did explain to him that he signed a contract and it was more than likely that he would have to pay it, but I was curious if there were any tricks to TMobile and getting out of a contract. If so, what to say, do, and who to speak with.

Understandably I wont be upset with the 3489059874 replies I get saying that he cant, its called a contract. He knows this, he just wants to try.

Ok, I work in an AT&T call center. the policies for us, literally, change every flippin' day! I'm wondering is it JUST AT&T's policies that change every day or is it with every carrier?

Man alltel has been kinda quiet lately. I think its time for someone to step up in this forum and give us an inside on whats going on. I'm not talking about the release of some crappy phone but some real info. Well maybe its just me but reply and let me know if you wanna here some real info too. Maybe if we talk enough trash about alltel someone will get offend and spill the beans.

I had another tentative customer come in today with AT&T who wants to get out of his contract without paying the $200. He gets absolutely NO service at his house, is that enough to go on? Understand that I gave him the same sermon as the last one, "You signed a contract, they're allowed to penalize you, blah blah blah" but he is still adamant on trying.


Is lack of service enough to save him?

hey i know on the new phones that alltel is selling you can't use your own mp3's as ringtones. Can you still use motorola phone tools and stick the mp3's/ringtones on your phone and have them work as ringtones?? 😁

Ok, so here's my situation:

I have a Moto V3m RAZR (discontinued with no insurance). It has a bit of water damage, some physical damage and starting to be a bit glitchy. I thought to myself, "I've had this phone for about a year, I'm sure that they could do something for a reliable customer". WRONG!

With my phone being out of warranty, and without insurance, there is nothing they can do! I'm sure I'm not the only one. Is there anyone out there in my situation?

My contract is up at Alltel and I would like to renew so that my circle and I am grandfathered in but they have NO phones of interest. like the LG dare or the Instinct. I dont like Sprint or Verizon and i want to stay with Alltel when are we getting cool phones!!!!!!!!1

I'm within my 15 day trial period with Alltel and have been disappointed with the battery life of this phone.

We live in a rural area in Missouri on the fringe of Alltel's service area. I selected the phone because it was reputed to have good call quality and the ability to pull in weak signals. I believe that it does...we actually can use the phone inside our house, whereas with AT&T we could not. However, I got less than 24 hours battery life with the phone. I only made a few brief phone calls, no texting, no internet, and only a couple of photos.

When I talked to my service rep she said that we probably won't get great battery life with any phone because of the area we live in. The battery is being drained because the phone is worki...
