Re: I wish
Just depends on the pricing. Web specials cannot be exchanged in store (very stupid as to why they can't) and the device must be sent back to the warehouse. Once returned, they receive their upgrade eligibility. If the phone is free, why the eff can't they just return in store. If they sell the phone, who cares, rite?
Re: I wish
With Sprint, if it's bought online or in store, it depends on the pricing. If it was a web special, the store can't do a return and exchange and a return kit needs to be sent. If it's a normal priced phone, like an iPhone or the bigger named phones, they can be returned/exchanged in store, but must be a Sprint retail store obviously.
Re: What is the incentive to buy from telesales?
For Sprint, they do have the option to waive it sometimes.
I don't think they can offer anything else other than the pricing we currently offer it at. We can only pricematch what is offered with Sprint. Sometimes there are promotions for cheaper accessories and stuff, but overall there is no incentive to buy online through Sprint.
Re: Anyone else notice
Every time I take a sales chat that I take..
what could this do to them?!
Get bought out by Verizon.
But with you being worried about being shot
with an inadvertent bullet, I would recommend you not getting a gun because you would probably panic if you had a hot shell land on your arm while you were shooting.
Nope.
Then please stop talking out of your ass about gun safety if you don't own a weapon.
How would one learn to use a gun if they can't purchase their own because they have to actually know how to shoot a gun before purchasing? All guns are different and the one I end up purchasing will be the one that I learn to shoot with. You can always have a general idea of shooting a gun, but all guns ...

 If I did miss it was because of lag!!!
Re: I don't need to prove I'm a marksman to own a gun.
So..all gun owners feel threatened and are all trigger happy? There's a reason we have gun ranges, classes, targets to shoot, videos and such to learn to shoot and shoot effectively. This was just like your comments in regards to people shooting rounds into the ground or in the air.
Do you own a gun?
Re: I don't need to prove I'm a marksman to own a gun.
Why does someone have to prove they can shoot a gun before being able to purchase? As long as my background check comes back with no issues or problems and I'm qualified to own a gun, why does one have to prove they can shoot?
it shouldn't be easier than getting a drivers license either.
The requirements vary per state. Here in CA, there is a test that you must take before even being able to purchase a hand gun. There shouldn't be any "shoting tests" to be allowed to purchase a gun at all. What is so wrong about someone wanting to bear arms? There are unlimited reasons as to why one would want to own a gun. There shouldn't be a hassle of getting a gun by any means.
I purchased my ...
should need to pass a marksman / shotting test of some sort.
So you would recommend a training course for people that have never shot a gun before? The way it is in CA is fine. Take a written test that you must 100%, wait 10 days for thorough background check, get your gun. It is up to the owner to actually look how to shoot the weapon.
It shouldn't be a pain in the ass to get a gun.

You should know by now that they release iPhones yearly...

Re: Debate: Gun Control
'Zactly. When I first purchased my gun, I had to take a 30 question test that I had to get 100% on before even putting money down on the gun. All the questions were common sense related.
Think I might be going shooting this weekend. Got about 700 rounds left!
Re: The future is screwed
Me: Thanks for pre-ordering. A shiny new Samsung Galaxy Nexus LTE is waiting for you in our warehouse. Shipping starts April 19th and we will send you an email the second it ships. Delivery should occur within 1 to 3 business days thereafter. You may continue to track the status of your order on this web page.
Customer: I saw that, but is it possible for the phone to be delivered on Saturday? Or will I have to wait ...
The future is screwed
Me: I see. I'm afraid there would be no way to further lower the bill if you are already on our lowest costing Data plan that we offer.
Customer: can I get an indiviual plan and add lines
Me: An individual plan would be for 1 phone only.
Customer: i cant add lines
Me: I'm afraid not, as it's an individual plan. Family plans, or Shared plans, are the plans that can add lines.
So what's the reasoning about AT&T "the worst company ever"
and having a 30 day return policy?

Re: What about when buying from Amazon?. . .
More than likely. With Sprint, purchasing anywhere, whether it be at a retail store, online, telesales, 3rd party vendor, etc. The $36 activation is billed to the account instead of on the purchase itself.
really? back to the activation/upgrade fee..

Re: Whores just like AT&T
activation/upgrade fees have been around way long before the iPhone, you know that right?
Re: Don't be surprised
Sprint has always had the $36 activation fee. Originally it was waived when ordering online. There was an $18 upgrade fee when purchasing in store and possibly through Telesales (option to waive it.) Now since we have the iPhone..that $20billion and all, $36 activation/upgrade fees apply to all purchases, made online, in store or Telesales.
Re: that means...
Aren't you a store within a store? Inception!
Sooooo that means...

When are you getting the iPhone 5? /;|
another example of VZW nickle & dimeing you.
That is a very high possibility too.
Re: iMessages...whats the point? (Longish)
Probably a technical glitch. My text amount has dropped significantly, I'm with AT&T though. Verizon probably doesn't allow it. Have you tried disabling iMessage and then re-enabling?
Re: phone reviews

And they are too busy promoting the iPhone
20 billion dollars...what else would you want to promote?

Re: can I get the skinny on applecare geeksquad and other non carrier insurances?
Every iPhone comes with one year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary support. AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your coverage to two years from the original purchase date of your iPhone1 and adds up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage, each subject to a $49 service fee.2 Whether you use your iPhone with a Mac or a PC, just one phone call can help resolve most issues.
Extend your coverage to ...

GOOD! That's what happens when you don't read the fine print a-hole.
Re: Insurance
Go through Squaretrade or something..If they can't fix your phone, they reimburse you for the amount of your phone. If you got the phone as the new customer/upgrade pricing, you will be paying full retail price for the new phone.
lolololololololololol
Me: I completely understand. This is for authenticate purposes to prevent fraud. I will be unable to continue without authentication of the account.
