Yes it does take a long time to reactivate your account because it was is the system before... But having your account info still remaining in the system helps Sprint prevent fraud.

Tell him hes stupid... You can prove this to yourself. You main line on your bill, gets a 25% discount. Second line is free.. third line for 9.99, GETS A DISCOUNT. The everything plans may be better then what you have... depending on your monthly charges... but the sprint corp. discounts applies to mostly everything you can get charged for BUT TEP, and Unlimited talk plans.

I'm sorry, I am not understanding the situation correctly. You are angry with Sprint customer service, because they aren't willing to give you an early upgrade? You said you have a katana DLX, I am sure you will qualify for a upgrade sometime soon. No need to wrry, just go into any local Sprint store and see what they can qualify you for.

You will get it pretty much real time. Enterprise activation is more for the corp. accounts that they need to have special activation for the servers. Being synced up with your calander/contacats/emails/settings 27/7. You have to get added on by your tech. support team too. You should be fine without adding on the extra $20 for enterprise activation.

Yes, But if your looking to use ENTERPRISE EMAIL, you will have to pay an extra $20. Also Phone as modem is an extra $20 too. But why do that when you can have a seperate aircard todo that for you!

SIGH!!! Sorry can't help you with your ETFs with VERIZON :( But! Like I said, I work with sprint, SO I CAN get you a KILLER deal on the phones and the plans! I'm not from New York though, so I would have to mail you the phones. I would put temp. numbers on them, so you wouldn't never be without cellphone service. That should also give you the oppertunity to actually try the service ...

Sprint is a great choice, like someone said ealier reception and call quality are good. Im sure you have heard the horrors of customer service, but that can be all solved by making a good relationship with the person that sells you the phones! Have you done the switch yet? Where you from? Depending on where you work, we may be able to get you even a BETTER deal on your phones other then the ...

I think I LOLed for real when i saw this response, . But Honestly the idea of SFDC is a good one, giving sales "leads" to people that may not actually know what they are aware of. You prolly just have the same amount of bad luck that I do. Because when I did SFDC seriously for 3 months I only saw 2 people, out of who knows how many that promised to come in.

You have a $150 upgrade, go into a store/online and pick out a phone. I'm aware that you won't get a free phone. Honestly though, you can't honestly think you deserve a free phone just because you had some issues with your phones. I've worked at a sprint repair center. It doesn't matter how many times you come into my store with a broken phone, but I wouldn't upgrade you to a different model. ...

Honestly ready-link is a next to dead feature, as far as I know... It could have been with the latest profile update messed with how the readylink on your phone was being accessed. Honestly im not sure. However, I am nearly 100% positive that if you go into a store, you won't find anyone who will be able to help you. What your going to have todo, (and I apologize in advance because this is prolly ...
