i bought this phone when it first came out on the market after about a month I started having problems logging into t-zones and the messenger service i am now on my 3rd replacement phone and it still continues to shut off on its own and resetting so i am now receiving a BRAND new phone from t-mobile and the replacement phone they are giving ppl is the V3 razor. so definatly this phone sux a$$ i would never buy another samsung phone after this one cause i have had nothing but bad luck with samsung

don't even bother with this phone. it is good for about the...maybe first week. the camera gets blurry, the phone shuts off when ever it feels like it (usually during a call, text message, or t-zones), it gets REALLY hot after charging & making calls. It is so bad i am going to list the Cons first.

CONS:
crappy camera
phone shuts off even if battery is full
wayyy to many dropped calls
screen quality is very poor after a few weeks
phone gets very hot
horrible service
keys small
inside screen shuts off & have to restart

PROS:
mostly good call quality
international calling...but for a VERY steep rate.
yeah thats about it. DONT watse your time with this phone. in fact don't even waste your time with tmobile. get verizon or alltel.

Samsung T-309

I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone. I've just received my third replacement phone through T-mobile, and when i used this other replacement phone, i had static and i called T-mobile's cust. care and the rep told me to turn the phone off and turn it back on. Does anyone know i go about getting a different phone? Do i have to get a phone similar to this one?
I'm fed up with Samsung!! The signal strength is OK, the camera is alright. I have the problem of the phone shutting off and turning on when i use t-zones. Why can't T-mobile just do a one time exchange with their customers instead of the customer has to keep going through the headache of getting the same phone!!??!!
