not only on this phone, the on-board memory full fresh out of the box, but also can't download apps because of lack of memory or update existing apps either on phone, and wont recognize MP3 music or WMA format music on the SD card also cant run apps from SD memory or move items to memory.

Lots of potential
Got this AT&T ZTE Compel for my daughter. Beautiful phone .
Pros ;Very responsive with it's quad processor. Nice display.
Cons;Onboard memory is full out of the box.
Not enough memory to download APPs or updates for existing APPs.
Can not run APP's from added SD memory or move items to memory.
We have not found a way to root the phone to correct this issue.
No response from ZTE.
