Dont Bother Wasting Your Money
Bought this phone for my Father In Law as his primary phone, every day use. He is 76 years old. Does not text, does not surf the web. Only uses the phone on occasions to talk only. Within 3 months, the phone just died, with no explanations and/or no damage to the phone, the screen never turned on again!
It was definitely not defective, because it had worked fine for 3 months, so this phone seems to not last very long.
Phone Sucks!!!
VERY SMALL KEYS/SAY NO TO ATT
Bought this phone at Walmart to replace "free" phone from ATT (that fell in the toilet) for husband as a basic phone to make calls. If you are looking for an easy phone to use this is not it as the keys are very, very small as is the screen and text size. After being a loyal, on-time payee w/ATT for 7 years on a family plan that included an iphone, and TREATED VERY POORLY BY ATT, decided to switch to CREDO (Sprint). Husband now has a Samsung M400 w/ bigger keys and the CREDO customer service, website, phone choices are far superior to ATT who conducts their company as "too big to give a sh*t" especially if you do not want a smartphone, etc. Give your money to a consciousness business as CREDO,you will be amazed at the difference! (And no, I am not a paid spokesman)
GREAT BACKUP PHONE!
I picked up this phone today to use on my upcoming trip to Louisiana and I feel that I made the right choice. Even though I have only had this phone for less than a day, here is what I have found.
Positive:

external caller ID
world phone
great ring tones
has the basic features I was looking for
camera
Cons:
None so far
All in all, this phone is great for those looking for a backup phone or if you want to have a phone to travel with and you don't want to take your expensive smart phone.
