Cool Phone

Jan 3, 2011 by jbiz

The phone is cool and has good options. It is sleek and all that. It looks good and handles well. Texting is easy and has SDmicro capability. The only thing some might find disappointing is no WiFi. So you have to use the connection from your provider. All in all it is strong good phone.

This is the worst phone I have ever purchased. I have had a cell phone of some type since 1986 and I have to say this is the most frustrating POS I have ever had.
It is slow to respond, it shuts down all the time, the touch pad is not sensitive enough, you have to tap, tap, tap and hope it responds.
It puts stuff on the screen that you dont know where it came from and it wont let you take them off without alot of steps. The screen wont come up except on slomo. I have looked for settings and cant find any to change these problems. There are days if I had a hammer at my desk this phone would be history. Oh yeah the camera is crap, the button placement is a awkward. Hate it.

Not simple enough for everyone

Aug 8, 2011 by dhooley1

I just don't like this phone.. It's not for everyone, especially people like me who prefer simple, straightforward, and easy.

Great size screen, some think I have the I-Phone..cool,like that I can enlarge my text messages,but.....messages I send still go to the inbox so there is no way to make sure my "sent" message really did send when I'm in the hillsides.
I use my phone camera very often, but this one is so difficult to use. I wish I could use the end of a pencil to tap the icon I want. What a mess.
The screen in general would be easy if I knew t o press hard or softly? It varies with the mood of the phone and totally worthless on web usage which I wish I could then deduct from my monthly ATT payment. It is the only way to check e-mails unless you pay an additional monthly fee.
There are tons of great functions if I could. Nly get them to work.
Upside is the ATT store gave me Pantech's phone number for help. Unfortunately I didn't find that out until I purchased the phone with another 2 year contract.

Pantech p2020

Aug 28, 2010 by Josephk

I have this phone and it is a cool phone It has a lot of neat features that are useful now the downside is the battery life is horrible so get an extra and another thing there are chargers out there that fit the phone but will not charge it so you have to make sure you have the one compatible with the pantech p 2020 other then those issues which to me are important that's all I have to say on the downside the rest is good it is very easy to text on and easy to set it up but don't put your sim card in it and expect it to put your music and stuff on the phone , it won't so you have to have a memory card to do that well I hope this helps someone but in my own opinion I would refer it to anyone.
