Not so good....
When I first picked up this phone, I was excited!!! I was hoping for a quality feature phone. When I opened that box, I got a mediocre dumb phone. The texting quality is not good, and the keyboard is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Also, the processor is so slow, a snail can think faster than it. Another thing, the menu is horrible. I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

Disappointing
I was excited after reading the reviews of the Arena, and ordered it as soon as it became available through AT&T. What a disappointment! AT&T has done everything they can to cripple what was originally a great phone. The disabled the FM radio, FM transmitter, and WiFi access. The AT&T version of the Arena is now just like any other touch screen phone. I'm sending mine back.
