Defaulty Phones
These phones are defaulty. I have had two in the last 3 days. The first one would ring with an incoming call, but not allow you to retrieve it. It would just keep ringing. After a month struggle trying to replace it through my carrier (Cricket), it was finally replaced. (Three days ago) Now, this new Starcom doesn't turn off when it's closed. The button lights are constantly on and now when you open it, the backscreen won't turn on.
My advice: Don't bother with this phone if you want something that works. You will be dissapointed.
Battery problems
I like the phone, but can not keep the battery charged. It lasts one day whether I use it or not.
This is my 3rd replacement battery.
My carrier won't replace the phone, which may have a problem.
a phn for moms
i bought this phn for my mom for christmas and just like the first review it has been out a while and i don't know why its just now getting to phnscoop anyway its a pretty decent for my mom just for her to make calls and rec calls it's really just like the first ut starcom that just came out with cricket with the pink light the ringers are loud and clear vibrate is very strong i just wish it would've been a little different because it has the same features and functions as the other ut starcom

well i bought this phone for my mom like a long time ago not to sure why phonescoop just released it. anyways its a ok phone all my mom needed it for was for calls which is about the only thing its good for, text lags tho she does not text to often, overall great phone for voice calls..
