I just got my new phone and new 2 gb microSD. I formated it with my phone. I then took it out of the phone and put it in the sd adapter and put it in my computer. I transfered a bunch of mp3's into the folder marked my music. I then put the card back in my phone and got nothing. I can't find the music. It tells me I have so much on the card for space but when I try to play the music or search it out......I get nothing. HELP

The 2 gig cards do work, but unfortunately only about 80-90% of the songs on the card actually come up to play. I've talked to Verizon Tech about this and they think its a software issue with the phones. Hopefully they are working on correcting the problem.

The file name is too long. Shorten the file name length and it will load them fine.

Worked on mine.

go to the music folder on the sd card, highlight the file name, right click, and pick "Rename" 🙄
