LG VX-8600 / AX-8600

where can I get the VX8600 driver?

I bought a USB cable on ebay but for some reason bitpim can't connect to my phone. Yes, I tried manually setting it to a VX8500 but still no luck. I think I need to get the driver for the phone. Any suggestions?

If you haven't found it yet go to http://us.lge.com/support/download/search/non e_EN_DR_.jhtml
just search for drivers. Get the one that is for 8000. After you install it, connect your phone and let find the the phone and match the drivers.

Make sure you have the latest version of bitpim.
Version 0.9.10 supports the VX8600.
