In the most recent review for this phone the user "cheech" describes the phone as 'perfect' but gives it a 4.5 out of 5. That is 90% which is an A- and not perfect. I wish I could get the info and advice from other real cell phone knowledgable people.
I personally have worked for Sprint in two different respects and I have owned about 12-15 phones over the last 3 years. Overboard I guess.

hey for me the phone is perfect in every way. i gave it a 4.5 because of the speakerphone volume. thats only half a point. i dont use the speakerphone much so yes the phone is perfect for me, is that a problem???

And another thing. Most people that buy cell phone are the average joe, i myself is an average joe. So the review was made from an average joe's point of view. You can take your knowledgeable self and cell phone comment you made and go stuff it.
