LG VX-8600 / AX-8600

Okay, here is the situation. I am a new Alltel customer (we are moving within the next year and they have outstanding coverage where we are moving to and decent coverage where we are now). The next major city to me is Albuquerque, NM. I live just east of Albuquerque. At my house, my phone blinks "r" unless I have it on the "home" system... After checking around, I was advised to check the SID in the phone (the home network is set to Albuquerque - 79). When I was at my home, I was picking up the Alltel tower from Santa Fe (1499 SID) instead of the Alb one... which is why I am getting the "r" flashing...
