I am sure this has been answered before but I cannot locate that answer on here. I read that you can send yourself a pix message with the 30 sec .mp3 formatted tone you wanted and then save it as a ringtone. I tried that and it said the file was too big. It was 234kb. Is this too big????

I think those programs to make your own ringtones are too complicated. I just go to www.mobile17.com. All you have to do is sign up, upload your song to the site, pick where to start the ringtone at in the song, and you can make it up to 40 seconds long. Then they'll convert it and send it to your phone as a pix message. Then you just save it as a ringtone. It's so simple. And it's FREE. No, you DONT have to pay to use this site. So use it!
