Phone isnt Recognizing MP3's as Ringtones

I plugged my SD card into my computer via SD-to-USB adapter, and added a bunch of pictures, songs...etc.

Everything works great, except for the fact that none of the audio I added shows up in my list of ring tones. How do I add these songs (midi, mp3, wma...etc) to the ringtone list, so I can use them?

Did you read my response to your other post? Where did you put the "ringers" on the phone ... what folder? How large are they? (mb, bitrate, length, etc...) 😁

You need to take a song you like, crop it down to about 30 seconds or so...no need for it to be longer, then use your sd card to drag and drop the file into the my sounds folder...put the card in the phone and send that file from the my sounds folder to your phone. Then receive the picture message and choose to save the it as a ringtone and bam, you got it...

okay this is the way I learned to do it. its a piece of cake once you get the hang of it...this is a lengthy message but you should have no problems with it if you follow along...you will need to go to this website below and download the required converter:

Okay now that you have the convertor follow these 9 steps...I also added a little summary of the steps below number 9 if you get lost. Use the settings it tells you to, or else the file size will just be too big, which is unnecessary and will limit the amount of ringtones you can store.

1. We'll assume you're converting a file named "test.mp3" for this guide. Insert your own file name instead. Run dBpowerAmp and select the "test.mp3" fil...
