Does navigation come with vcast?

When you pay 15 a month for vcast, do you get the navigator with that, or is that something else that you would also have to pay a monthly fee for?

No, it doesn't come with VCast! It costs....I believe:

$0 - 14 day demo
$2.99 - 1 day purchase
$9.99 - monthly subscription
