Player Error
I have a question.
I have a SD memory card installed in my EnV 9900 phone. When I Select "Get It Now, Music and Tones, My Music" I get the message "Player Error". This only happens when I select it using the front keypad.
Is this normal? When I select "My Music" when the phone is open, I get the screen that has music library and allows selection by genre, artists, albums, etc).

Do you have any music on your card? If you don't have any music in the "my_music" folder on your card, you are going to get that "player error" everytime. 👀
just drag-and-drop songs (no folders or album subfolders) into the "my music" folder on the card and you should be good to go. 😁
