All Music Won't Play? Help!
Hi there!
I downloaded about 50 songs onto the memory card of my phone. However, it is only recognizing about 20 of them. Does anyone know why? They are all .mp3 format...all downloaded from allofmp3.com...
Any suggestions?

Two things you should be aware of:
mp3's with Filenames that are longer than 43 characters will not show up (or play) on the phone.
DRM (Digital Rights Management) encoded mp3's will not play either.
It also may be your IDv3 Tag (mp3-info tag (artist, Album, Genre, etc....)
Solutions:
Shorten the file names of your mp3's
Use winamp to turn off the IDv3 tag.
Strip the DRM from your mp3's using the manual method (burn and re-rip) or by using a program (not sure if MMJB can do it for you)

Better suggestion is to download the V CAST Music Monitor. It runs in your system tray and when your phone has songs that are 43+ characters, or contain symbols like a 'tilday' in the title, it automatically fixes them.
I had the same issue and the V Cast Monitor is an instant fix. You only need to have it running for the check and it's super fast.
