V04 Battery Issues????

I have V04 now and it seems like my battery is dieing out very quickly. For instance, I unplugged it from the charger at about 7:30 this morning and by 3:00 it was powering down due to the battery being dead! I only made a few calls today, wasn't using Bluetooth and am not in or near an EVDO area. Anyone else having this problem?

Could be the phone itself, not the battery!

nah I had the phone on v03 and had battery issues, thats why it went back in 2 days. I love the display though. Its a shame.
