Checking POP e-mail on SK3

So I set my SK3 up to 'collect from' my POP account, and it works okay - but there doesn't seem to be any place to configure when/how often the device/service checks my POP account. Anybody know where/if I can configure that?

you can force it to check by pressing menu+u while in the email

Right, but I want it to go check on it's own so I don't have to always do that every time I open it up, then wait for it to check/pull in the messages. It does seem to check on its own, but not very often - I'd like to configure it to check say every 5 minutes.

How did you set it to check your POP e-mail on your SK3? Every time i try to set it up it says error validating pop account. I'm trying to set it up to fetch yahoo, and hotmail. Can anybody help.PlEASE

Last time I checked Yahoo charges extra to use POP services and Hotmail does not offer it. Try Gmail.

I wouldn't bother setting it up, POP Mail support is a wonderful feature - but the SK3 doesn't POP very often (rendering it nearly useless for POP mail).
