I just want to upload one mp3 to my phone!

I want to upload one 25 second mp3 to my phone. It is a clip that I made personally to use as a ringtone. I rather not buy a cable for $40 or a micro sd card just to have this one mp3 on my phone. Is there any way to do this???? I know that with verizon, I was able to email a mp3 to my phone. Can this or something else like this be done with cingular. Your help is appreciated VERY much.

You can e-mail the mp3 as an attachment to xxxyyyzzzz@mms.mycingular.com (where xxxyyyzzzz is your 10-digit cell phone number).
