3G / Edge very slow

I noticed for a couple of days now that my 3G and Edge connection when tethered to my laptop is very slow. Did Cingular just restrict tethering? Anybody experience the same thing? Location: NYC.

Hey I noticed it too. Can you help me ? When I tether my laptop it get the "connected at 115kbps" notification at the bottom of my screen but when I then try to lauch any web page i get the "error 400 " message and it does not connect to anything.

Can you help ?
