poor call volume
I can hear people fine, but everyone says they cant hear me, even when i called cingular, they said to speak up, when I was already speaking loud and clear. also, I had alot more service with my sony ericsson, I never had a prolbem making calles in my house with the SE, but with the LG, I have to go on my deck?? is this a phone prolbem,defect, or what? I love the phone, but if it cant make good calls whats the point of having it??

Lol!! Dude cingular said what? They said to speak up... It's defective. Thats bogus. Get it exchanged. If its under the 30day waranty your fine but if you're not... then call exchnage by mail... they'll send you a new phone in two business days... the number is 1-800-801-1101

Yes well, cingular said that on my account, it still showed that i had my sony ericsson w600i, and that he changed it on the account so it showed i had the LG, he said something about cingular sends updates to your phone all the time and because my account still showed the w600, that could be why my call volume was so terrible. If you ask me that sounds like BS , how would updates to my phone have anything to do with the reception? so anyway he said to give it a week and see if anything changes, and if nothing changes I have until september 5th to change the phone. yea i know. the rep said he didnt have a release date, he looked it up , and all it said was coming soon. I really like the design of the LG better than the nokia, although the nokia has a HUGE display.
