lg8300 vs lg6100

Just got the 8300 after 2 years with the
lg6100. While the 8300 has several new
features. It has also lost many of the
basic features that the 6100 had.
The 8300 lacks the lens cover...
Also, voice calling you have to push the
side bar to use. The 6100 worked as soon
as the phone was opened.
Overall... 8300 appears to be a decent
phone.

I've had both the 6100 and the 8300 [and the 8100 for that matter] but even though what you said above is right on, the 8300 truly ROCKS ! When my wife is out of town on business [and sometimes when she's home], it sings (rocks) me to sleep !!! Great post phillipb !!!
