speakerphone and ringtones
Ok i figured out how to get ringtones on to my phone..if you want high quality, send a wave file or a mp3 (make sure its trimmed down to 30 sec) using any web email to (your cell number area code first)@vzwpix.com. When your phone recieves the song, just go to the messege and save the song as your ringtone..thats it!
One other thing...I have a question..Is the speakerphone supposed to be distorted at the higher volume levels? I'm having this problem and i was wondering if I should exchange my phone or just deal with it

I'm having a problem with my speakerphone as well. ☹️ I got 2 and my wife's works better than mine.
Also, when I turn the speakerphone off or on about a second or two after the speaker pops. Nothing real loud, but it is annoying. Anyone else have that happen?
I had one phone (her's) come from telesales, and mine came from CS. I'm very afraid it might be a refurbished one. All this comes after a CS nightmare that almost made me cancel my contract. I've been with VW for 5 or 6 years and was never treated so rude or uncaring as the treatment I got from over 6 different associates in the last week. I had 4 different people (2 supervisors) promise to call me back and none ever did, or even seemed to care. I just upped my plan also...
