Silencing Picture/Video Sounds

Is there any way to silence the chime heard when you start recording a video and when the recording ends. I believe there is also another chime when a picture is taken.

On the video there is no way to stop the chime. I wish there was. The picture you can stop the sound. Hope that helps.
