Does anyone know how to delete the stock ringtones and pictures (wallpaper) that come with the phone?

For the pictures, press OK, go to GET IT NOW, go to #2 (GET PIX & FLIX), then to #3 (My PIX), select a picture and then choose #8 (Erase).

Don't know how to get rid of ringtones. In fact, I don't believe you can delete them.
