Just spoke to a rep, the phone will not have a release date, it will just show up in stores.

For what its worth, called a cingular corp store in my area today and was told they would have the phone in their store next week....yea rightttt and in other news reindeer were spotted flying north to help santa this winter.

Spoke to Best Buy yesterday afternoon. They said they have their demo phone in but are still waiting for the actual product. Of course, they don't know when it's going to be there.

the v3i is coming out on monday, aug. 21st...so maybe the 6126 too? it was found on amazon as well with a 2 week ship date. cross your fingers and pray.
