Get w810 or wait for w950?

Anyone have any ideas on how much the w950 might cost? Also, do you think it's worth the wait or should I just stick with the w810? Not sure what differences there are besides memory and touchscreen.

The W950 will have terrible reception with Cingular in lots of places, as it does not have the 850MHZ band.
