I cant seem to get mine back out...... The only way the card fits in is contacts side up. Am i doing something wrong or what? The thing refuses to come back out.

Contact side up is correct.

I get mine out by pushing my thumb nail in the hole. It does take a wee bit of work.

Use something sharp, it should just click in place much like glass cabinet doors on an entertainment center...I use the tip of pen or a needle of some sorts

Contact face up and goes in first. Make sure you're doing this. Not saying you guys are dumb, just making sure you know 😛 Anyways, Put it in and poke it inward with nail or soemthing pointy, as suggested above, and wait for a click. Don't be affraid to be to hard. Its a tough phone. If it won't stay no matter what, call and yell at Samsung 😛

For the ejection, on your first time taking it out, did you just pull it out? Cause other than the snap in, when its in a hook on the side of card hooks also ( thats why the card is weird shaped and not a rectangle ). Maybe you broke this clip so it wont stay in anymore? When pulling out tilt card towards top of phone/speaker.

I just use my finger nail to press in on it a little and it springs out enough to get a grip on it. Basically it works like all SD cards. It's just tiny.
