Email Ringtones To Phone???

Anyone figure out how to get your own ringtones to work on this phone yet? I'm able to save as a .mid file and email them to the phone It plays but it's saved on the phone as a ".qcp" file (whatever that is)and won't give me the option of setting as a ringtone. There has to be a way, right? Playing $3 for a ringtone is absolutely rediculous as far as I'm concerned especailly given the fact that it's money flushed down the toilet if you switch phones (due to loss, being defective, upgrade) or delete that application you downloaded the ringtone with. IT'S AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!

try going to funformobile.com, click on upload ringtones and select your file from computer nad send from there. They will auto convert it to work on verizon phone for you. I use this on my razr with no probs. Just have to keep the file below 350kb in size

Tried using funformobile.com. Doesn't work. The midi file shows up in the inbox and plays there. But once you save it to the phone, there is no sound when you push play (even though you can set it as a ringtone) Seems like the workarounds for previous phones don't work on the A930. Looking like Verizon Wireless has screwed all A930 owners and now $3 "temporary" ringtones from get it now is the only option. 😢
