I bought the i870 last December. I want to give the phone to my girlfriend, after I buy the i580. We are on the same account. She bought the i710 last April or May. Can I get the good price for the i580 when it comes out?
Oh yea, I am in a Nextel Partners area, so will this phone be released to them (the i670 was)
Thanks for the help.

i'm not sure what your upgrade policy is, but ours follows with Sprint, meaning if somebody in our market bought the 870 in Dec., they would be on the upgrade restriction until Dec 07, or 08. Now the 710 would be eligible for an upgrade at the lowest price in our market since you got it prior to the merger. Hope this helps. At worse, you will be paying around 354.99 if you upgrade from the 870, but remember thats according to our policy.
