assigning pics...

can anyone tell me how to assign a pic...i go to my album pick the pic then assign it to a contact...but for some reason when that contact call i get my screen saver pic show up..

Settings/Display/Incoming call/With caller ID/select Preset Animation

Should work... also move from your contact numbers digit-1- before the area code. I was getting the wrong pix.
