JABRA BT800 compatible?

I've read some people were having trouble with using non samsung bluetooth headsets, is this still a problem? I believe I read that it's because this phone is Bluetooth 1.2, and on Jabras website they say the BT800 is 1.2. So will this work without all the static and distance issues? Anyone have any suggestions on other headsets for this phone? Thanks in advance!

i have the sony ericsson 608 which is a bt 1.2 and still have some minor static distance issues, no where as bad as the motorola or jabra headsets ive tried though...hopefully this ends up being a firmware and not a hardware issue.

the issue here is not the BT version - 1.1 or 1.2. Its the power class of the device. Moto headsets are class 1 which is low power, A900 is class 2 - high power. It works best with class 2 headsets. I use Samsung BT headset and it works great even on the distance of about 15 - 20ft from the phone.
